My Favourite Vegan Recipes
In 10 years from now, whenever they look back on our time they will say. Wow they ate a lot of bowls during 2020’s. But let’s be honest, nothing beats a bowl and especially not a Vegan Salad Bowl. This one has a lot of middle eastern favours with both tahini and hummus.
Almost every weekend I start my day with a smoothie bowl, or at least in the summers. I used to be hooked on Acai smoothie bowl and while these are still super delicious I am now sold on dragonfruit smoothie bowls. Here you can see my perfected smoothie bowl recipes.
A vegan falafel bowl is a great way to get all that crucial protein as a vegan and vegetarian. Both tahini and chickpeas are great sources for both calcium and protein, it’s also super tasty! This is my favourite recipe for eating falafel, as a vegan falafel bowl.
Keen for a lasagna? But not really in the mood to cook a whole lasagna up? Try my one-pot vegan lasagna, super yummy and super easy to make. It’s also great to tricky your meat eating friends in some plant based food.
Whenever on a hot BBQ-day sometimes I crave veggies rather than a ‘meaty’-meat free burger. This grilled vegetable salad is my go to on those days. Free from unhealthy fats and stuffy fake meats this grilled vegetable salad hits the spot.
Few things are as tasty as burgers, and this vegan burger served on sourdough is a 10/10 winner. This vegan burger recipe is easy and it is eerily similar to a ‘meaty’ burger, although MUCH healthier. Of course you can always add your fries!

THE SMART TRAVELLER
The ‘Hyam’ is a newly founded word. The word describes a person, typically a woman, who is the most awesome person you’ll ever meet. Albeit seeming a bit self-important, I came across the word and found it appealing. There is a nice sound to it, or at least how I pronounce it.
On this website, you can find a cheat book to the world. Some inside tips for brilliant travel locations and a local guide to the cities most trendy pubs and restaurants. I have always found that you’ll get the best experiences in a new city if you have a local showing you the ropes. A part from that, there are a lot of history and knowledge hidden within a city and country. Not only the great sites, but events that occurred in that places, which is not particularly bound to a physical place. I hope you will learn and get inspired to travel and discover the world when you read this blog. I look forward to share my travels with you.
